With more than seven separate government agencies — including the Department of Homeland Security — regulating our activities, constant vigilance is essential to a successful compliance program. Our Compliance Officer assures full compliance with all federal, state and local laws... as well as adherence to Western policies and procedures, which go beyond what is required by law. This officer verifies the following records for every Western employee: training, medical, driver, fumigation certification, criminal background check, and drug and alcohol screening.
