Efficient. Effective. Experienced. Western Fumigation
Dog food fumigation, pet food infestation, tobacco fumigation

Since 1928, Western has been a trusted innovator and respected leader in the fumigation and pest management industry – working with a diverse group of industries that includes imported/exported perishables, cocoa beans, logs, cotton, food processing facilities, museums, and the military.

Our many accomplishments include:

Serving twice as President of the National Pest Management Association. As a founding member of NPMA, Western’s culture of ethical conduct and technical expertise has set the standards for our industry.

Co-founding COPESAN, a national network of like-minded pest management companies focused on delivering consistent, quality service to national accounts throughout the country.

Actively serving on executive committees and advisory boards, proactively participating in government affairs, and working to influence regulations that affect our clients. As a result, leaders in the industries we serve rely on Western for guidance on regulatory and technical issues.

Selection by the National Pest Management Association to develop national training materials, based on our commitment to excellence in training and technical methods.

Developing proprietary, patented equipment to facilitate large volume fumigations – keeping valuable cargo moving.

Funding and developing the first port terminal HACCP-based food safety program accredited by an independent third party to support our imported food clients in meeting food safety mandates.

Taking a leadership role in port security after 9/11. We already had in place emergency response plans, detailed employee screening practices and documentation – and leveraged these to assist others in meeting Homeland Security requirements.

Receiving many citations and awards from the USDA and the industries we serve. Western is proud of our long history of proactive involvement and support for our clients.
