Western Fumigation is proud to welcome Len Fodera as our new General Manager! Len’s career has been shaped by service, growth, and a deep respect for the people who make the pest management industry thrive, and we’re happy he’ll be bringing that same energy to the Western Fumigation team.

Len began his journey in the pest management industry in 2010 as a Sales & Service Manager with Residex, where he supported and educated Pest Management Professionals in the Philadelphia market. What started as a role focused on service and supplier partnerships quickly expanded into field support and training responsibilities across the distribution network. Within a few years, Len advanced into a Regional Director position, overseeing 12 distribution centers throughout the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic. Each step along the way strengthened his understanding of both the operational and commercial sides of the industry and reinforced his belief that people development is the true measure of success.

What is Len most proud of?

When you ask Len what he’s most proud of, he won’t point to titles or territories. Instead, he speaks about the careers he’s helped build. Watching colleagues grow, take on new challenges, and turn jobs into long-term professions has been the most meaningful milestone of his career. That people-first philosophy continues to define his leadership style today and melds perfectly with The Rollins Way. Len fully understands what it means to be essential – together – and is bringing that leadership style to Western Fumigation where we know it will thrive.

Len describes his approach as servant leadership. He’s focused on removing obstacles, providing clarity, and supporting teams so they can perform at a high level. He leads with transparency, consistency, and respect, while holding himself and others accountable to the highest standards. He was very clear about this when he said, “My message is simple: continue investing in people, never stop learning, and hold ourselves to the highest standards of safety and professionalism. When we focus on developing talent and doing the fundamentals exceptionally well, we elevate not only our businesses by the entire industry.” This management style will only encourage his team to be remarkable and make a difference every single day. His experience leading teams across regions, managing complex operations, and partnering closely with PMPs has prepared him well to guide the Western Fumigation team with confidence and care.

Joining Western Fumigation feels like a homecoming for Len. Early in his career, he worked with Residex shortly after they split off from Western, and he’s energized by the shared values and “coaching tree” that still connect so many people across both organizations. What excites him most is Western’s commitment to mastering the fundamentals of safety leadership, technical expertise, and consistent execution which he sees as less of a product or service. It’s a process and he loves the fact that it’s inherent in the people across the brands – including Western Fumigation.

For Len, customer success in fumigation is built on strong partnerships, transparent communication, true purpose, and grit. In a highly regulated and complex service, success means setting clear expectations, coordinating closely, and executing with precision and quiet excellence. When customers feel informed, supported, and confident in the process, the job has been done right. But more importantly, it’s done right whether the customer is watching or not.

His family is his greatest joy.

Outside of work, Len’s greatest joy comes from life with his growing family. Being present as his children grow is a priority that grounds and motivates him, both personally and professionally.

As he steps into this role, Len shares a simple but powerful message with the industry: continue investing in people, never stop learning, and hold us to the highest standards of safety and professionalism. By developing talent and executing the fundamentals exceptionally well, we don’t just strengthen our businesses – we elevate the entire industry.
